what are your opening hours?
We are opening on the following days and times:
Mon – Fri: 10am – 9pm
Sat: 10am – 4pm
Sun: 10am – 2pm
Mon – Fri: 10am – 9pm

do you sell food and drink?
Heroez Gym has a variety of snacks and drinks to provide you with the energy you need to complete or recover from your workout. We also provide health supplements and we’re happy to walk you through how to get the most from them if you have any questions.
do you offer student discounts?
Yes, we provide discounts for both students and Under 18s for a variety of term lengths and prices.
We offer a seperate membership for students who can present proof of their study.
We also provide a seperate membership for teens aged between 15 – 17.
do you provide parking?
We sure do. Heroez Gym has on-site parking for all of our members.
do you have lockers?
Yes we provide lockers for all of our members. Each of our lockers is a combination lock which you can set for the duration of your workout, so there’s no need to bring your own padlock.
do you sell single day passes?
We sell one off daily passes which give you full access to the gym and all of our facilities for the entire day from purchase.
Do you offer wifi?
Sorry, we do not currently offer WiFi on site.
Are you open on sundays?
Yes, while our Sunday hours are slightly shorter, we’re open every Sunday between 10am and 2pm.
Do you offer tanning or Sunbed options?
Yes we do. Outside of our amazing array of workout equipment, we also have 1 stand up sunbed and tanning facilities, which is available to use on any of our memberships.
